I just purchased a 2019 Q5 from this dealership. Sean Bishop assisted me early in the process by sending inventory and Anthony Burnette helped me test drive and buy my car. Both were great. I had more in person and email interactions with Anthony, and I highly recommend his services. He was very respectful of COVID precautions the entire time, which I appreciated. He was also very knowledgeable about each car I drove and never pushy about making a sale. While I did encounter an issue towards the end, Anthony and Sean worked hard to resolve it. Kelly Stapleton in finance was also very pleasant and helpful to work with. I would recommend the overall experience and these 2 salesmen if you are in the market for a car.
