Pretty good grass jelly desserts. Warm tends to be sweeter with the grass jelly flavor more prominent as compared to the cold. Both are good on their own right however. Seating is fairly limited, there were only seven tables but must people seem to order for to go.

The drink and food taste decent. Price is adequate as well. However, the staff are not ready for opening; very slow to act and also put a wrong ingredient in our order. Waited about 40 minutes to get our order. Once staff are experienced I think this place has a good potential.

Here is a photo of the #22. We added Aiyu jelly for extra. Can't see it though it's on the bottom. Really good dessert to share with the family on a warm day. I really like how they have 5stars. Having a card for each place is a pain in the butt.

Small place, but don't be fooled by size. The food and drink here is delicious. Don't be fooled by the size of their food, it seems small but is very filling. Great place to try different versions of shaved ice, grass jelly, and more.

After multiple visits in one weekend I am a believer in Grass jelly for dessert. The service is quick, there was lots of parking, luckily we didn't arrive when it was too busy. #4 is by far my favorite item on the menu. Price was higher than in socal but not many options for Asian desserts of this quality up here yet. Not very much seating, one restroom, but can't wait to go back.

Really good. There are sitting inside and out but both are very limited. The place is pretty popular so usually it's pretty packed. You have two options of getting a hot warm cold or ice which is pretty nice. I never thought they can dress up those Chinese jell-o's the way they do, and it's good. Worth the try!!

Taiwanese style dessert and boba drinks. Few tables indoors and outdoors for small and bigger groups to hang out. Bathrooms available. Parking is easy in their lot. Daily specials. The desserts are shareable sizes!
