Bruce was an amazing person to work with. He was so patient with me and never pushy. I was at first apprehensive that I could not feel or touch the furniture I wanted, it was not in the showroom so I had to order from a catalog. He took time to explain to me what type of material and durability each item I was interested in had. I was able to leave with my dining set, but we ordered the bed and living room set which came when he said it would. It was delivered by great guys (for an extra fee). This was the best experience I have had with a furniture store and I have bought from the big box store in the past 15 years. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Worse experience EVER!!!!! My husband and I purchased items from this company earlier this year...we received part of it and was told the rest was on hold...months went by and no response...finally I reach out in Aug and was told the items would be there at the end of the month and they explained they were only working online and not in the store due to flooding at their location....here is it OCTOBER and no one has answered the phone or returned calls or text.I am currently planning on taking legal action for tables, which is sad because they only cost 150. It’s simple either provide the tables or the refund. I would never recommend working with this company again.
Bruce is AWESOME!! He helped my fiance and I find a great mattress and bedroom set at a great price. He helped with delivery and set up!!! We will definitely be back again!! Great great great customer service. We have found our furniture guy!!! Thanks again Bruce!!!
I had an amazing experience at Eat,Sleep,and Sit. Bruce was so helpful and comforting. He was really nice and I got a great deal on an Ashley Queen bed. Price was amazing and it's quality furniture. I will definitely be back again. THANK YOU BRUCE -Gabbi
I was referred by a friend of the family. Once I called and spoke with Bruce my comfort level went to new heights. Bruce, not only a man of his word but a great businessman. He gave me a date ( which was less than 48 hours), he showed up by himself because his help called in sick. Showed up with 3 rooms of furniture BY HIMSELF and got the job done. I will always appreciate a man of his word and good businessman. Thanks Bruce for being true to the game I recommend EAT SLEEP. AND SIT to anyone interested in furniture.
The first time I went to this store it was closed during business hours. I should've went with my gut and went somewhere else, but I tried to support a black owned furniture store. When we went into the store, we couldn't find what we liked. Bruce suggested for us to look at some of the furniture online & he could get it in for us. We found a nice looking sofa and financed it. It was delivered and looked just like the picture. The problem was we discovered it was very hard and uncomfortable, so we wanted to return it. Bruce claimed it was up to the finance company, which is a lie. He can't refund something based off comfort. Now, we are having to get rid of it on our own. That is not how you treat your customers.
Bruce was awesome!!! Great Customer service, delivery was fast and great prices. I bought a beautiful bedroom set and I love it! Definitely going back for more pieces!!!!
First of all, I love the owner (Bruce Morgan) customer service and manners! Secondly, I love this guy customer service and manners! Thirdly, I love this guy customer service and manners! If I could give this business 10 stars I would. I did not have a bad experience at all. He got me what I wanted and didn't try to convince me to buy anything else. He had to order my items on-line which was delivered the next business day. Did I mention I love this guy customer service! Also I sent him a picture of another piece of furniture that I wanted. And yes he is able to get that also. I like the quality of the furniture. I'm a bargain shopper but not for cheap material. Most of the furniture Bruce gets is Ashley's. It's sturdy brand new furniture. I love it and so do my daughters. I purchased two twin size sleigh beds in a metallic gold color. I will post pictures once their room is complete. I love this place! A one stop shop for all of my furniture needs. I will be ordering again soon. I had a great shopping experience. I wanted this and that and this and that. Total awesome experience! I like shopping with people who actually want your business and treat you like you should be treated when shopping. : )
