This place has terrible service; with one of the managers hovering you at any chance he gets. He tries to get too close to your face during a pandemic and invades your personal space. I sat at a nearby table and waited over 35 mins for my takeout order. One waitress said I could sit at the table and about two others had come by trying to tell me I couldn’t sit there. This place is very unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anybody. When I went to the counter to kindly ask where my order was, the man at the front was extremely rude and had said my food was just sitting at a random table for 20 mins. I had asked why he didn’t come over and tell me my food was ready. He had made no attempt to let me know it was ready and nobody else had either. I had to deal with his gross attitude and then went home to a cold plate of food. Don’t eat here, unless you enjoy this type of environment. If I could rate them any lower I would.

I love the ambiance inside. You would never know from the outside how welcoming and inviting the inside is...it feels like you have been transported to a mini vacay in someplace tropical and warm. The service is very good and everyone works quickly and efficiently. I had a limeade with my lunch special and it all really hit the spot. The lunch special is not on the menu...but it is good home cooked food and incredibly reasonable. The chicken soup it started with was the best thing I ate by far...next time I want an even bigger giant bowl of that please....soooooo good with the cilantro!!! The ribs and rice and beans were good but nothing to blow you away like the soup. I would like to go back and try a larger and more creative entree. Something a little more complicated and or substantial with more seasoning...if they nail that I will change my rating to 5 stars. Nice touch at the end with the mints that came with the check as well.
