The most incredible part of my experience was Frank's wife, Odris', incredible attitude and personality. She was personable and smiling from the moment I stepped into the store. Truly wonderful people - I can't recommend them highly enough!

Although prices are decent, the problems are with installation. Just had a new floor installed and the installation was below par. Although the men putting it down were nice guys there was a lack of skill and attention to detail. A lot of the cuts around woodwork seem to be cut short. The floor had glue on it in most of the kitchen as well as glue remnants on the toilet and tub. There should have been someone on the job to supervise to see that the job was done correctly and the customer is satisfied. My sneakers were getting stuck on the floor and after removing them, my socks were getting stuck. Lastly, the door into the apartment rubs on the floor which will ruin the floor if not corrected. All in all just a terrible experience and not a place I would recommend.

I've used Frank a couple of times and couldn't be happier with him. Personal, friendly service. He gets the job done and has completely fair proofing. He came out the day after I called him, smiling the whole time. He doesn't use harsh chemicals which is important because we have small dogs. Wil use him again in the future!
Can't believe the owner of this store can't sent a simple email with authorization form to place an order . What kind of store will not be interested in making a sale of over 2,000. Don't waste your time dealing with this business there is other places who will appreciate your business. Spend over 4 hours trying to do business with them . To have to deal with the owner's wife nasty attitude . Not worth it .
