My car broke down during a trip to the Atlanta area. I had my vehicle towed to Nalley Chevrolet and Justin was in charge of my repairs. From the time my vehicle arrived until the time repairs were completed, Justin kept me updated on my vehicle’s status. I will recommend him and this service department to all my family in the Atlanta area. Thanks Justin and Flavio as well, as he was a great help when I initially called the service department to get services set up for my vehicle.

The dealership took an extended period of time to fix my vehicle. I brought it in on MLK weekend because the car would vibrate in 3rd gear. Found out Tuesday the transmission needed replacement. It was under warranty and they shipped a unit which arrived at the dealership on the 26th of January. I got my car back on February 10th. During this period I had a rental car that was to be covered by the warranty company. They only covered 10 of my 19 day rental due to the fact that they estimated the job to be a 12 hour job that took an extended amount of time from when the unit was received. During these weeks I reached out to your non responsive service department via texts and phone calls (majority of it went unanswered) to get updates on my vehicle and getting an ETA so I knew how long to extend my rental. The final call to the delership after calling once that morning and leaving a message was answered to find out there was nothing the dealership could do to accommodate the payment of the rest of my rental. Im upset. I should not be left to dish out money I dont have during this pandemic for circumstances beyond my control. The warranty company said the dealership is responsible for the remaining 9 days of rental that was denied. Im in agreement with them. It seems the dealership likes to leave their customers responsible for debts owed due to circumstances beyond my control.

Trey (sales) is Awesome! Tayon (finance) is Awesome! Nathaniel (service) is Awesome! I had a great experience there. Traded in my 2011 Cruz for a brand new 2018 Cruz, with a cheaper note and with very low interest! They do what they say they’ll do!.... I hope I spelled everyone’s names correctly.

If I could give this a no star review I would. One star ️ is actually generous for this service department. I had an appointment and even arrived 25 minutes early. I was told by the service tech that it would be 8 o’clock before I was done even though I had an appointment and they close at 6. I was also told to return the next day at the same time. The next morning I get a call like I missed my appointment and to reschedule. I called and explained the situation and there were no available appointments for the time slot I needed. Instead of making the situation right I was told to come in at a time that I’m not available to. This is horrible customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
