Where would you like me to start? First, I want you to know that I am a repeat customer. Second, I purposely waited to complete your survey because I wanted to find out how the sign would fare in bad weather. I just checked, and the sign still looks as perfect as when it was installed early last week. It's clear you use quality materials. The staff member with whom I spoke most was George. He made the process, from start to finish, seamless. He made suggestions to improve the "look and feel" of the new sign, which is now laminated. My sign looks absolutely beautiful! Even when I probably threw a curve, about having him find someone to install the sign, he mentioned he would "get on it" right after he hung up the phone. I am confident he did search immediately, even though it can be hard to find professionals during these difficult times. George found a business owner who regularly supports FASTSIGNS, and the owner, Oscar, arrived on time and did a great job! Completely satisfied customers like me probably get the impression, and rightly so, that George and the company take a vested interest in ensuring the customer's experience is positive and supported throughout the entire process. Simply put, George cares, FASTSIGNS cares, and I am forever grateful!

We had Fastsigns do some 36x24 blow-ups. We're an ad agency, and the blow-ups were displays of some of our current work for visitors to our office. This product is exceptional. My pix don't do it justice. Perfect color match. Vibrant. Great saturation. Even the price was excellent. And to top it all off, the customer service and advice were first-rate. Better believe we'll be back!
You guys are the BEST!!! I needed 2 different items and both of them had to be designed. I was looking to pick them up the next day.
