Weddings? Be sure to check the zoning restrictions. The scheduling of weddings were suspended a couple of years ago due to complaints by the neighbors and zoning violations.

A very nice, welcoming, multidisciplinary barn. That offers full and partial care. They have new lights on large outdoor arena for night time riding, indoor arena and private trails. They are in the process of renovating and updating the barns. The owners are extremely nice and work hard to make their boarders happy. You will find them working late nights on projects around the barn, cutting grass or hay fields. The barn manger works long hours and is always accessible. A wonderful barn for any discipline. Looking for a new horse home go check them out.

The owners need to learn how to treat people who leave their facility. They did not honor my 30 day notice when I presented it per my contracts cancellation section where it stated “30 days notice REGARDLESS OF RENTAL PERIOD” and was told that I should pull out my contract and read it myself. Which I had already done prior to giving my notice. I was told to pay all of the entire following month (which I would have had only been there for 15 days) or leave by the end of the current month. Apparently they don’t read their own contracts in their entirety. I chose not to argue and left early, and then was blocked from the farms Facebook page. I never argued with the owners, was a “quiet” non complaining owner, didn’t cause problems or drama, and paid my board on time. I left to follow my trainer which is what people do in the horse world. I rated two stars instead of one because my horses were well cared for while we were here by the managers, however all management that was there while I was there is now gone so I can’t speak for how things are run now and I honestly wouldn’t trust the owners with my horses as they have limited to zero horse knowledge. Poor professionalism by the owners and I would now of course never recommend their facility.
