I arrived at Union Park BMW to look at a CPO vehicle I saw online, and everyone was super friendly. I worked with MJ who was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy. I came down to this dealer from NYC as they were able to provide me with a great deal.

Drove 4 hours one way to purchase a BMW that I had been working with Lauren, via phone/text. Being that it wasn't a short drive to take a look at the vehicle, I asked the sales person numerous questions and asked for a video of the car. After several concerns, I took their word for the car being in \like brand new\ condition per her video and responses. I even asked her for a video or picture of the wheels since I had to see the report on Carfax that the wheels had been repaired. Her response to me was that she had already sent me one video of the entire car which didn't show the wheels close up. Spoke with the sales manager in regards to mileage discrepancy and he wasn't very pleasant on the phone and unprofessional in person. The car wasn't in the condition stated and we never even received an apology after a 8 hour round trip of wasted time. The car had low quality collision repair damage, missing emblem and wheel repair was below standard.. They didn't meet expectations especially with the image of BMW quality and the standard they withhold. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! WASTED 8 HOURS! Drove to another BMW dealership In Va and purchased a vehicle.

Car shopping at Union Park BMW was a pleasure!! I was very surprised by their very non-aggressive sales approach, and truly felt like my happiness was their top priority. This was my first BMW buying experience so I was a little intimidated at first, but the salesman Ben put me at ease and was extremely helpful. I thought you had to get a higher class BMW to better enjoy the BMW driving experience, but I was totally wrong!! I got an X3 and it drives better than I could ever have imagined! I’m totally thrilled and my payments are lower than with my bigger Infinity!!!! I don’t think I’ll ever drive anything else!! Hmmm, maybe I should be a salesperson!! If you happen to get cutoff or passed by a new black X3 please don’t get mad!! I just can’t help myself!!!!!!!!!!!
