Tina is a wealth of information when it comes to real estate, very supportive and understanding in her communications, and enjoyable to listen to. Signature Real Estate School was more than successful in aiding me to pass my state exam. The instructor Tina was passionate about real estate and it shined through during class. She was not an instructor who just read from the slides, but pulled stories from her own life experiences that made the information easier to retain. The best thing about Tina is, in spite of her busy schedule, she always manages to respond promptly. Very professional and reassuring. Her energy is infectious; she has varied experience in the field and provides real life anecdotes that help with the Exam, because many of the questions are beyond the reference book's content. Charlie & Tina are both dedicated, amazing real estate professionals. A colleague recommend Signature Real Estate school, they had the 75hr online course and it went great. Tina gave us every tool we needed to pass the NJ real estate exam from the FIRST time I took it, after studying & using the practice tests provided. It was really hard test, not going to sugarcoat it. I'm so happy & thankful for Tina's expertise & her knowledgeable outgoing persona.
