I’m usually a shy person, but I must admit this T-Mobile location is so chill. Where do I start!! Well as I walk thru the door I was greeted by this beautiful young lady Name Sara and she was awesome (not to say that their were not other lovely young female in there) Sara made me feel comfortable when purchasing an iPhone 12 Pro Max (awesome phone by the way) the transaction and buying experience was so smooth , that this location became my favorite upgrading place now. :) thank you again

Horrible store, I was mislead by one of the representatives! Avoid. They’re careless and dishonest. Go to another location if you can

This was the third store that I traveled to today. No sprint store could fix my phone. This final sprint store I had been directed to, my mother got yelled at by one of the managers, Jason, and he was aggressive towards her and yelled in her face saying “he didn’t have to order my phone for me”. The customer service is TERRIBLE. Leaving this provider after my contract is up. Although they did have a very nice employee that was very nice and had very very good customer service, his name is Darnell. Make that boy the manager, Jason is rude AF!

I'm not sure what happend here.... but it is unorganized and unprofessional. The direct person that helped me was okay but his co workers kept taking him to fix their problems. I was there for an hour with him and all I wanted was a charger and to see if i was eligible for an upgrade. Customers were in there cussing out T Moblie employees.........no. Visit this location at your own risk.

Ed and Phil were excellent. They made sure my shopping experience for (2) Apple 5 series watches went smooth and easy as possible. I highly recommend these 2 representatives. All of my questions and concerns were answered. 2 THUMBS UP ALONG WITH 5 STARS
