They denied doing our oil change, after we drove the car and the oil light came on indicating 15% oil. That’s not the ending it started with putting a tire on backwards? I should have stopped doing business with them at that point but since I live in hillside and I wanted to support local business, how I regret that idea! Then on a basic spark plug change that gets screwed up and I suddenly have a engine gasket leak that needed attention so after all that I still had to go to my safe haven a REAL HONEST MECHANIC SHOP Wakeman Auto go there for real mechanic work to get done properly THE FIRST TIME. Never bring your vehicle here unless you want to take a chance and making your car worse then when you drove it in for help! Just go to Wakeman Auto!

Update: 4 flat tires... Union is raggedy.. potholes everywhere...3 flat tires this week...these guys fixed it up quick and at a good price..I would recommend

Some people are just unreasonable,Union Auto took responsibly for their negligence and fix what they were responsible at no cost to the member . Now an oil change that was done at another shop was not the shops fault and Union Auto can not be held liable for that. Sometimes you just can do favors for some people...
