Very nice place to get the kids out of the house. Went there 11 am in Sunday, there were only about 4 different families there. The kids got to take their time to look around, and were excited to see and learn about a lot of things. I love the tribute to the fallen 9/11 firefighters. Young kids will have a lot of fun there. I also like that they have hand sanitizer in every corners because kids touch everything. .

It’s a great place to visit if your kids/grandkids are fascinated with all things fire department. They get a couple of fire lessons throughout the museum, take pictures on fire trucks and get to wear firefighters gear. It can all be done in an hour or two. The 9-11 Memorial is really heartwarming. If you are done early. There are other small museums you can visit in the same building.
