1. went in got acrylics, sloppy paint job but whatever I’m not picky 2. went in a two weeks later for removal and was ignored when I walked in 3. after being ignored by front desk lady I asked for them to be removed she (without looking up from the show on her phone) said no we don’t do that 4. went back to ignoring me so I got her attention again and asked if she was sure because they put them on and she just nodded and said “yeah”
