Great bike shop. Independently owned and a great no pressure experience. Jolt has many brands and types of bikes you don't encounter at the big shops. Very knowledgeable and friendly too. It's worth the drive.

I met with Steve on Saturday to LOOK at the Aventon Level Step Thru E-Bike. Needless to say, I came home with the bike. I have to say I rode it today for quite a while and let me tell you, it was the BEST decision I have ever made with something that I splurged on myself. He was a fantastic and knowledgeable person to deal with. Went out of his way to explain and show me things about the bike that I did not know. THANK YOU so much Steve. Steve was very helpful in helping us understand the different classes of e-bikes. We purchased two of the class 1 izip vibes which we love. We’ve ridden 100 miles on three WV rail trails in little over a week. We have enjoyed being on the trail again. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend Jolt Bike to anyone in the market for an electric bicycle. Jolt bike carries a wide array of ebikes from folding bikes to full suspension mountain bikes and everything else in between! What you will appreciate the most about Jolt Bike is the level of knowledge Steve has about his products. Steve can talk fluently about any ebike motor and give you insight as to what may work best for you. You will not get this by going to a typical analog LBS (bike shop) as they just don’t do the volume of service and sales of ebikes as Jolt Bike sees. He carries some of the most reputable brands who always stick by their quality of product. Also, when I needed upgraded parts on my bike, I felt like Steve was making me his first priority. You can tell Jolt Bike has a really good relationship with their brand reps which makes for quick responses to your questions/needs. I am into single track mountain biking and so happy with my GIANT Stance E-Pro 29 I picked up at Jolt. It was well worth the 3 hour ride for the quality of bikes and the customer service you receive!!
