Went in for a garage door installation and drove an hour just to be told that they can't get me a door to fit. Wasted time. If it ain't on the shelf your beat. And Ernie was very rude and really didn't seem to wanna be their today. Went to home depot and got it all taken care of... Lowe's you lost alot of money by wasting my time. It's all good.

Had to come here because my local Lowe's seems to always be out of whatever I need the most..any associate who came within speaking distance to me either said hello or asked if I needed any assistance. I found what I went there for and found a garden rake discounted to 10 bucks..

Not organized at all. Noone knew where anything was. Also they never heard of the stuff we where looking for. Had to find the stuff outside ourselves. The cashier was nice and helped get us checked out.\u200d️

Love to shop there, always find what we need. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable, Pro service staff were awesome helping me find the right size and style of shutters I needed. Also they found and ordered a mulching kit for my son's mower.( He wasn't able to order it online)...so very pleased with our Lowe's

Asked for help and the guy left never helped me. Then I went up front and asked, they never sent someone to help me. I then called in 3 different times after waiting 10 minutes before I called each time and nothing. I went to home depot and received exceptional help
