I went in for an 11:15 appointment, it's 12:51 and I haven't seen the Dr.! Leaving and I'll find an eye doctor that doesn't overbook and show utter disrespect for my time!
Secretary not answer phone while not busy and not wareing mask while mandating customer gets mask or no service. Hrs of operations not enough and lack of comprehension after being told multiple times a person works those hrs unable to come in at office ailable time. MOST HIPCRITICAL TO tell custome no mask no service while not wareing mask!!!!
Dear Dr. Martinelli I’ve been coming to your practice, Martinelli eye clinic for a couple years. My last several visits have been horrible to say the least. When I or any other patient/customer comes to your office I, we expect to be treated with respect but unfortunately that isn’t the case with Ashley and Jessica. Those two young ladies need to realize they have a paycheck because of patients such as myself come there. Without patients you have no practice and they have no jobs. Take a moment to explain to these ladies that one’s attitude in how they speak to patients whether in person or on phone and their body language , such as eye rolling or huffing and puffing makes me want to take my business elsewhere. Also my heart goes out to Melanie for having to deal with such disrespect from her coworkers as I see it when I’m there. They also need to be told they are REPLACEABLE so they need to treat people as they want to be treated or they will be looking for another job..... Word of mouth travels fast, it’s takes one unsatisfied patient to cause Martinellis to lose patients. If these ladies don’t like their job then they should go elsewhere or better yet be fired as there are a lot of educated, compassionate front desk receptionist who would love to work for you. On a better note, I’d like to thank you for something you said to me at my last eye exam. I stated I wanted blue contacts to enhance my light blue eyes and you said to me always remember “less is more”! That comment has stuck with me during different times in my life. Thank you for being so kind and compassionate!! I may stop in to talk to you in person next week!!
Have been going here for years, never had a problem, very nice doctors and staff.
I thought they were professional and great. My daughter found her glasses, at the end of the day it was a great experience.
Would highly recommend the service that I received. I wasn't happy with my frames but they worked with me until I found a pair that I liked. Good eye exam and a wonderful doctor. The people there were kind to me and patient.
