Dr. Rajan was my original rheumatologist when I was first diagnosed. A few years ago she went over to summa which is out of the way for me and it's more convenient for me to treat under one roof with Cleveland clinic. I miss her as my doctor. My current rheumatologist is ok but she's no Dr. Rajan.

I was shocked with how dismissive this doctor was. It took months to get in. My first appointment, the office called when I was 20 minutes away (I live 40 min away) to say she called off that day. I decided to keep my rescheduled appointment and give her another shot. Mistake. She told me to lose weight and all my symptoms will disappear. Told me my positive tests were negligible and that my positive ANA 1:160 was the only thing she was looking at and that it wasn’t significant enough to look more into. Told me my issues must be IBS. Physical exam, I had to twist and she said relax loosen up you’re too tense! I am there for chronic back pain and she says that..I can’t move bc of the stiffness and inflammation. Doctor is a joke. She truly just doesn’t care.
Absolutely HORRIBLE! Doesn't listen and doesn't do a thorough exam. Didn't include in my files any of my medical issues. \No problems with gait\ SERIOUSLY?!?!? I've used a cane to help me walk for over a year and there are no problems with my gait? Do yourself a favor folks, find another doctor...one who actually cares!
Would not listen! My mother was diagnosed with wegener's granulomatosis from a biopsy a few years before and was having a flare up, we went to see her because her former doctor left and went to the VA hospital.Rallis told us she didn't believe she had the disease and wanted know why we thought she had it she never even bothered to look at her records!! Sent her home and had major complications and then wouldn't return our phone calls! Worst experience ever!
Dr. Rajan makes you feel like a real person. Ask lots of questions and wants to know how you feel and what you would like to do for your treatment. Spends time with her patients and follows up with you when you have questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.
