The food is delicious, tastes fresh and of high quality. The bubble tea is amazing - served in the cutest cups that are not your typical disposable ones. It is absolutely worth checking out. I will certainly be back many times. The reasons for only 4 stars: Service can be slow at times, even though it is not a full service restaurant. Maybe not the best place if you are in a hurry, or order ahead of time. Portions sometimes feel too big which leads to my next point - its delicious but I always leave with this feeling that I just spent more money than I thought it should cost. Lastly, a few things do not feel intuitive when visiting first time: which door to enter/exit, where to stand to order (various kiosks), where to stand after ordering, and what to do with your dishes and utensils when finished (hint: there was a cart in the direction of the restrooms where you can place them). Still highly recommend.

The food is amazing! Best egg rolls i ever had and probably ever will! Don't know what these people are talking about it being a copy cat when its actually part of a chain. The best Asian restaurant we have around here period!

The food was excellent and fresh--I got the pork banh mi (was recommended by the employee). It was absolutely delicious and a great portion. The bubble was just as good--fresh boba and the taro flavor is wonderful. Service was quick and friendly, can't wait to go back!

Very happy to see a new restaurant in Indian Trail especially a Vietnamese one. Indian Trail doesn’t have many options so I’m glad to see Be’s here. I’ve had their pho, banh mi and Vietnamese iced coffee and it’s all great! The inside of the restaurant is really big and spacious. Very modern look and clean. I’ve only done take out from here, but plan to eat there one day. Their boba selection looks really good so that’s next on my list. They have 2 self ordering machines or you can go up front and order with the employee. You can also order online from their website which is easy to use. I highly recommend checking out Be’s. They also have a second location in Ballantyne too. Staff is very friendly here.

Got the strawberry tea b/c the picture on the kisok showed fresh strawberries. Least to say my tea did not have any. The white peach tea was really good tho. The bahn mi was good but, wayyy over priced for a bahn mi(standard is around 6). We were expecting something unique or wow for that price. The pho on the other hand & was quite good! Do note that the kiosk have no customizing options. I went up & asked for no ice in either drink or jalapeños in the food. We got ice in both & jalapeños with the pho. It's a small mistake easily over looked but still a bit disappointed cause they did just open. It was clean & the customer service was pleasant.
