Beware of this company! They will not work with you and the owner of our villa took our money and won’t refund. We were told to talk with lawyers. Here is what I was told on FB. its false!!! Wow! Just wow!!! So we are screwed 9,000 plus times seven couples. It’s a pandemic not the standard in travel!!! Not ever!!! COVID 19 to all Travelers: If you didn't purchase travel insurance, the owners of the Villas are offering credits up to 3 years. Many with added benefits. Not one of our clients lost a credit for return travel and some received refunds. We have requested refunds from every Villa Owner. A Pandemic of this magnitude has forced many business closures. We have not had 1 Villa close. They are all hanging on, as we are in the United States. Our contract encourages the purchasing of travel insurance. If you didn't obtain travel insurance at minimum you have a full credit to use between 2 and 3 years! All Villa owners gave vouchers at a minimum. Some gave full refunds! It is up to the owners and if the clients purchased travel insurance. This is the Industry Standard in Travel!
