Over priced - botched job on radio installation - scratched the dash and panel that surrounds the radio - Paid more for the radio - the radio they sold is being sold for 200 less on Amazon. Had to take the radio to another place to have it connected. Unique Auto told me there was a special code that they needed to call the manufacturer for so the radio could connect and work with my car. They said to come back on Monday when the manufacture of the radio opens their office so their guy can call and get the special code that will activate my radio. When I took the radio elsewhere on (Sunday) to be completed with the install they said there was no special code and no need to wait till Monday all the cables needed came with the radio and radio just had to be connected. If you aren't knowledgeable on radio installs folks will tell you what you need to hear. Know your stuff before going in.
