Very rude behavior. Unable to repair machine and gives excuse of electronics may get damage. My machine was running absolutly fine since last 3 years and just after their service the parts started getting damage. Water leakage started after they left. Their service engineers purposely do something wrong to your machine so that regularly you need their service and spent money. This company Unique Service Center is the worst Kent service center. Their customer support is fake and the technicians have no idea whether idea about the parts The worst service centre I have come across in my life. I will call other service providers next time.

Very rude behavior. Unable to repair machine. Falsly told company do not gives the particular parts. Water leakage in front of service enginer after repair. But do not correct it. Without repairing UV claims, UV is working property. Takes the full price of the parts and give the second hand parts. Pathetic services.

Their service engineers purposely do something wrong to your machine so that regularly you need their service and spent money.they convince you to go for AMC which costs 6000 rs and they tell you if you don't go for AMC regularly you will face problem and spent money.. whenever we call their technicians they come and solve the particular problem but after the technician left we face some other issue with the machine..the technicians are not atall well trained...

Horrible experience in last 10 months. Technicians lack capability, maintenance full of hassles. Infinite mails to main Kent RO office goes without response, innumerable calls to talk to senior officers draw a blank, calls kept on hold for a cumulative period of one hour over 3/4 calls, mails to (supposedly) senior most grievance officers r never replied, and no proper replies (even if u call on senior people) on how to solve maintenance probs. Beware before buying such products in future 11.1.21 May I counter reply to yr response that I had already written that : # Several calls to mentioned nos got zero response. # Infinite mails and calls to yr nodal officers did not Either elicit a reply Or Did not lead to a successful response. If u r really interested, then why don't YOU call me back and solve the prob instead of giving standard replies and shutting the matter up ? In short, people hv already come to know of yr extremely horrible/terrible service and that U do not wish to make any amends in the future and become customer friendly.

This is the worst Kent service center. Their customer support is fake and the technicians have no idea whether the product will last 2 days or 2 months. They will be very excited to make you sign an AMC and then they will not take any responsibility of their product. I am a victim of their game. Please save your money. They cannot give you a warranty on their products. They will not come for servicing unless you call them when your machine stops working. Please be advised that you will have to keep chasing them with calls. This is the worst service center that I have ever done an AMC with. Do not get into an annual contract with them, even if they are your last option.

Kent is most Pathetic Company that I have ever came across in my life. Only 1 month back I have purchased Kent Ro Grand Plus. Last 5 days it has stopped working. The customer support is fake and of no use. After trying for 100 times I was able to speak to the executive. The lady was in utmost urgency for keep the phone down. I have raised 2 call logs complain. The first one was cancelled without any reason after 48 hours. I came to know that it was cancelled because I did not provide them time for appointment. Whereas the truth is, I never ever received any call from them. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY KENT PRODUCT. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

My parents have recently bought a Kent Grand Star and have been going through a real horrid time from the first day it has been installed.There has been one issue or the other.I could not beleive that a reputed company like Kent can sell a defective product and authorize a service center like this for supporting the product .Unfortunately my parents were duped by the service centre into buying the product from them and now they are trying to fix the issue using some parts which do not seem to be authentic. Please do not any take any services or buy any Kent product from them. We have called a number of time this contact you have shared on your response but they have been of no use.My parents had visited the centre after your response .They had promised that the UV replacement will be done within 10 days but it still has not been done.No one is picking up calls at the centre.How.many times do you expect us to keep calling the number you have shared.
