The donation room is small and uncomfortable but they get the job done. Personnel are always polite and thankful for your donation. Could use some updated chairs.

Be prepared to answer nosy questions, like, "Whose blood is this?" And, "Why are you carrying it around in a bucket?" Like, isn't there a shortage? You'd think they'd be grateful. They're picky for a business asking for DONATIONS!!! They finally accepted, though. 4 stars.
