Recently had batteries replaced and upgrades for my Macbook Pro and an older Macbook Air and have been very impressed with the responsiveness whether via email, on the phone or at the store and the exceptional level of service. Service was very quick, machines are running like new so I am very happy overall and would strongly recommend to others.

I've had a couple of issues with my Dell laptop: 1. the back of the flip top had to be replaced 2. the hard drive had to be replaced. Louis tracked down a replacement for the cover and replaced it - terrif. job His shop also replaced my hard drive, which was defective, with a new larger drive and managed to copy all data from the old drive which saved me many hours of effort to get back to my original starting point - terrif. job. I'd recommend United Computers to anyone... competitive pricing, great service... Thanks to Louis, Kumar and Aaron...!! Brian
