Chuck Sinclair and the whole team of Nissan of Reno took great care of me. I was so impressed and happy. Definitely better service than CHAMPION CHEVROLET and that is hard to beat. They really stepped their game up down there. 10/10 would recommend. No hassle/haggle free buying. Took very good care of me.

Isaac was great with us. He followed up with us a bunch. We ended up with a Ford Mustang convertible, which is what we were searching for, from a Nissan dealership. Rachel (the lady at the front) was also so friendly to us. The finance guy which I don't remember him name was also great and did not try and push the products down our throats. We did take the warranty and gap as it is a Ford :)

The ownership and staff at United Nissan, go above and beyond and exceed any expectations. Extremely professional yet at the same time personable. While purchasing the Nissan Sentra, I was supposed to be leaving town--They made absolutely sure I was out of there within an hour and a half from start to finish. With all the stigma out there regarding dealerships, you will be pleasantly surprised to find this particular dealership makes you feel very welcomed, they listen intently to what you need/want and then they make it happen.
