After driving by a construction site this morning and dropping my daughter off to school, I heard a thumping sound coming from my tire on the drive home. I checked my car when I arrived home and saw what appeared to be some sort of screw or bolt; I'm not car savvy at all--I've never even put air in my tires. Panicking of course because I'm an overly dramatic person, I contacted United Good Tire in Willow Grove to inquire about their assistance. From the beginning, the gentlemen was very nice and respectful over the phone; he encouraged me to bring the car in. My wait was minimal, and after speaking with him briefly, he assessed the damage and told me the screw went through the tire and therefore needed a repair. 45 mins to an 1hr later, as he told me, he contacted me and said my car was ready. She was back to normal. He also went out of his way to inform me about the broken tire pressure sensor in my car; even though I knew that information already, it's the little things. Today it's very hard to find a place of business with polite, respectable workers who are truly dedicated towards assisting their customers. Thank you!
