After extensive research, my husband and I hired Air Quality Control to replace our gas furnace. Air Quality Control won the 2012 Readers Choice Award, so we went with this preferred Heating & A/C Company. Mr. Justin George and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. They even educated us on the new furnace and how the newly installed digital thermostats work. I called two weeks after installation at 7pm one night and Justin helped me with a personal heating program on my thermostat. My husband and I can't believe the savings in our heating bills with the new gas furnace. We will be using Air Quality Control when it comes time to upgrade our A/C next year. Terrible service - woman was really nice on the phone and appologized profusely for not getting back to me the first time however, they didnt get back to me the second time either. I also emailed them to follow up with no response. I guess they have too much work to care about everybody :(
