I would highly recommend Universal Vision Optical to anyone! I have been going here for the last 3-4 years and will not go anywhere else! You cannot get this type of genuine service anywhere else. They truly are an amazing team of caring, knowledgeable and professional staff. The environment is welcoming and friendly from the second you walk in. My husband and I went to Universal for the first time today, each of us looking for eye glasses. We were greeted as soon as we entered the shop and were informed of Covid-19 precautions making us feel very comfortable. The staff person that assisted us was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was positive from choosing the frames, determining best lens options and eye measurements. Everything was explained in detail and the personalized experience was excellent. This was hands down the best eye glass shopping experience we have ever had and we would highly recommend. Another great local business to support.

Was very impressed with the customer service, the staff was very well educated on the subject matter and were able to help me solve my problem when no one else could. The service here is amazing. They seemed to genuinely care about your experience shopping with them, and the staff would go out of their way to help search for glasses that fit your ideas and specifications. They had very reasonable prices and surprisingly good selection. The optometrist was very upbeat and friendly, and he would take the time to explain things so that we understand. My girlfriend and I highly recommend Universal. We had looked everywhere else and couldn't find something suitable. We left universal with two very nice and unique pairs of glasses for my girlfriend, and I even found a pair that interested me for the future.

Absolutely phenomenal! Yes, the customer service is truly incredible: from knowing your name as soon as you walk in the door, to finding \just the right frame\ (even when I want to see them all!), to fixing and tweaking every little detail to make it a custom fit experience.... Universal Vision Optical in Abbotsford is incredible. I will absolutely return and sing their praises to anyone in search of the perfect glasses. Thank you to all of the wonderful people who have helped me on my eyecare journey over the last few weeks! In the midst of a crazy year, it's nice to know that there are still businesses and people that will pause and make sure that you are truly satisfied with your purchase.
