I had the misfortune to be ill last month and was taken into the ENT dept - mainly for a good slap due to the nonsense in my head (joke). The staff were ultra friendly and kind. The food was fab and the constant attention was terrific - cannot complain at all. Facilities were spotless and the doctors were kind and compassionate. I do not envy their job, but well done staff of Crosshouse Hospital - you made my stay a great comfort in a difficult time. Cannot praise them enough.

Unfortunately the good few nurses that work in ICU are overshadowed by the many stuck up, twisted faced nurses who also work there. Place is an absolute joke! When someone is in ICU and they're not coming back out of it alive, the very least the nurses could do is be civil to them! The things I witnessed while visiting a close relative and the stuff I didn't witness but was told about (things that go on outwith visiting hours) would make your skin crawl! Best of luck to anyone who either lands in that ward or has a relative/friend land in it...

I was in A&E after a serious allergic reaction. I met more staff than I can remember and they were all fantastic. Good natured, kind, professional and delivered excellent care and service. Cant thank them all enough for all that they do when we need urgent medical attention.

The worse hospital ive ever been to the intensive care unit was absolute joke staff left babies crying for more than 45 mins I witnessed this myself as my daughter was in here they left my daughter in dirty nappies for more than 5 hours and dirty clothes for 2 days at a time I had a c section so I was in alot of pain was sent home after 5 days this was in the middle of the pandemic and the staff where I was getting started off was an absolute joke

All the Staff at Ward 3A & 3C are amazing. So friendly and so kind and caring while my Wife has been in for treatment. Very understanding also.
