40 minutes driving around, whole floors of staff spaces empty but not a single visitor or pateint space available. Called the hospital clinic 7 times no answer, called reception got transferred through three times, no answer. Gave up an went home, after this experiences I agree the nhs is failing the public.

Would a member of the board from Cardiff and Vale Health Authority please explain to me why it is acceptable to keep an 80 year old lady who was admitted at 10 o'clock yesterday morning with concerns about her heart sat up all day and night in a waiting room waiting for a bed. It is now 2.30 in the following morning and still no bed. Whilst the staff as always have been wonderful THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Had a good hospital experience here. It was clean and tidy, it's well signed and quite easy to navigate with lots of straight corridors. The access by public transport is also good as the bus stops inside the hospital grounds. My girlfriend had a very minor surgery and it went fairly quickly and without complication. She said that the nurses and surgeon were all lovely and made her feel relaxed. The cafe and shop are well stocked too, and the staff were friendly. My only real complaint is that as it's a hospital and people might be sitting around for hours waiting, more electrical plug sockets could be made available.
