Arrived at the hospital at 16:45 with a potential blood clot. The staff at the hospital were excellent taking care of my wife within seconds. I don't know why people complain about hospital staff as all we have had at the Trust is excellent service.

Hospital is well sign posted throughout, though there are lots of friendly staff around to help find your way around the hospital if you get lost. The hospital has a café (Wilbers Café) which sells a wide variety of hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes. Ample hospital parking is available, free for 20 mins otherwise tariffs apply. (valid as of September 2018) There is no A&E department.

Staff do their best but management are showing signs of crushing all who work beneath them. Parking (as always at all hospitals) is awful and limited - we can't all use public transport and need to drive! Hospitals know this and limit spaces and heap premium prices on them. Vastly unfair on those who do not have a choice. Makes me wonder just how many staff take up patients spaces.. Anyway, they fixed me.

Ward 4 is a excellent team. My grandad was in for a hip replacement this week and the staff was helpfully and caring
