Because of the snowstorm we had to reschedule a pcr test for traveling purposes several times. In the weekend they responded immediately by email, and in the week days immediately by phone. Rescheduling was no problem. Very friendly staff (test location hospital La Luz). The pcr was taken at 4:30 in the afternoon and the results were already available by 8 the next morning.

I have nothing but great things to say about the hospital. I had 4 operations within it, great professionals and very good patient care. The doctors are wonderful and explained in detail the operations, possible complications, etc

My wife had a pain attack from kidney stones. We came in to emergency. It took them 3.5 hours to give her some pain killers and another 3 hours to do some blood test. I don't have private medical insurance but I have never waited anywhere near this long in the public hospital in Móstoles on the few occasions I have been to emergency. We were told there were only two doctors on the the A&E ward which is why everything was so slow. Pathetic
