Exceptional, Kate one of the Dentists is on a different level. Her charisma and energy on a Saturday morning gave me a pleasant shock, she could sell snow to an eskimo. Thanks to the whole team today, made my visit so simple, Chris

Couldn't fault our experience at the dental hospital with our autistic 7 year old. They were amazing with him from start to finish. Services delayed because of 2020 being Covid ridden but they kept us up to date and in the loop the whole time pretty much. Experience of going in was also amazing, in such difficult times for medical stuff it was managed really well and, despite his needs, he felt reassured and comfortable throughout his procedure. Fantastic treatment by all the staff we encountered, notably a lady called Rebecca who was the person I spoke with on the phone. Felt comfortable and as relaxed as I could given it was his first procedure!

One star is too much. Absolutely awful experience, lack of care and compassion - I had one impacted lower wisdom tooth out here. My experience of having a wisdom tooth out and it was absolutely horrendous at the University Dental Hospital in the city centre, myself, family members as well as colleagues of mine have has some awful experiences there. When I arrived I sat in the chair and there were at least 5 of them running around me, seemingly like they didn’t know what they were doing, there was one lady in charge trying to instruct them. I opted for sedation and when they put the needle in my hand they blocked the vein which caused the blood to back up, up my arm and was extremely painful. At which point I had a panic attack in the chair. The lady in charge was asking me “why are you getting like this?” to which I responded “because they lady put the needle in my hand wrong and now I’m scared that you do no know what you are doing here” she then proceeded to speak to me as though I was a child being silly and then asked me if I was happy to have the tooth out without sedation. I agreed because I just wanted the thing out. They then pretty much butchered the back of my face and sewed it up crudely and it took me over two weeks to recover. My family member has also had an awful experience here, where he had some treatment and they sewed his gum to his cheek and then send him home. He has to cut the stitches away from his cheek himself. I have also spoken to friends who have had similar experiences to me at this place. Beware

students were supposed to repair my teeth. 2 1/2 years later my mouth was left with sharp edges and several teeth snapped off afterwards and teeth are digging into my gums. theyre not interested in putting the bad work right. its going to cost a fortune to put right. The students cancel appointments, loose xrays and they are not supervised enough. I'm left with no option but to go through a medical claims solicitor

Took a little while to get in, i think they are always very busy. But the service and staff are absolutely brilliant.
