I'm very happy with the medical care however it has now been 5 months that I've been trying to get a refund when I was overcharged. The most frustrating part is the lack of call backs when I'm told the someone will call me.

Staff here are horrible!!!! I am 20 years old with mild to severe asthma. I called way back during spring before covid19 got really out of hand trying to get tested and trying to have my asthma inhaler prescription refilled. My pharmacy requested for my doctor (Dr.Joyce Evans) to refill my prescription. Months later, I am sitting in my bed as we speaking have a mild asthma episode. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will be going in too COMPLAIN and they will never see me again. When I wanted to get tested for covid they told me they would call me in two days. Do anyone think I received a phone call? Of course not! Very unprofessional!

Front desk staff is very unprofessional. I heard the ladies entire conversation, giggles and all, before she decided to ask me how she could help. One lady also put me on hold while i was in the middle of explaining my situation to her.

Will not be coming back, urgent care staff don’t care, specifically kattie. She told me my blood pressure of 160’s over 90’s is okay. And my primary has been MIA for months. And front desk staff is rude and judgmental. If I could give zero stars I would. Finding a new primary soon
