I have to give a shout out to the guys in the tool rental department. I was remodeling a condo a few minutes away I recently purchased. Being from the north I wasn’t able to bring a lot of tools with me. Needless to say these guys were awesome and accommodating renting me vehicles, miter saw and other various tools. If it wasn’t for them it would’ve been difficult to get this project completed thank you for all your help you folks were great!

I found what I needed and there were beautiful plants but a little expensive for me. I'm happy that Home Depot has medical scooters since I am disabled but I think that they should have more than one bathroom in the back of this huge store. Thank you to the guys in lumber for having patience to deal with me and my 87 yr old auntie that needed a long stick of wood cut in four places and helped her figure out what sizes she wanted.

I just have to rave about Christine at the customer service desk. I had an issue with a refund on an online order and was told to go to the store. I talked to her and she found an issue on her end (100% not her fault) and spend almost 40 mins on the phone and talking to me to find a solution and get it taken care of for me. It’s out of her hands now but she was extremely helpful and I was very impressed by her dedication to getting a solution!

I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. I shop there a lot and I’ve spent a lot of money. The only bad experience I’ve had is when I bought all new appliances a couple of years ago and my washing machine has never been right and Home Depot would not help me in any way. After I bought the washer they just sent me to GE and they didn’t help me. I just wish I lived closer to Lowe’s.

Such an awesome location, staff is always super helpful and friendly! I was able to get all of the Christmas lights needs to finish our holiday decor!!!
