Kieth Miller is the man! I’m writing this on behalf of my mother’s recent purchase.... I come from an extensive sales background. Therefore, as always I’m very apprehensive of other people selling things, especially to my mother. From start to finish Kieth explained information for different years/models to my mother in a way she could understand without being overwhelmed. Our first Subaru. Were blown away by the friendly staff from sales to service. No pressure introduction to the models we were interested in, thorough review of options and test drives to narrow our choice. When we took possession of our new Outback Touring, we discovered an issue with the power steering that took a bit of doing to diagnose. We were on our way out of town and had to leave the vehicle for repair. When we returned we learned that University Subaru had ordered in new replacement vehicle for us rather than risk our losing confidence in our choice. Way above and beyond the call. Completely unsolicited on our part but most appreciated. Loving the Outback. We are sold on the brand and dealership. We'll be back for another when the time comes.

Wow! I have been to most of the car dealerships in town over the past year with no luck and most of them trying to talk me into a vehicle I can’t afford or don’t want. Not this place! Jasin was courteous and asked exactly what I was looking for. All of his suggestions were within my budget. The finance office walked me through my purchase and explained everything. I got HALF the interest rate quoted by other dealerships. I am extremely happy with my new car and the service. We won’t be going anywhere else for our next vehicle!
