Worst property I've ever lived in. Office staff doesn't address issues even after making several complaints. Apartments are poorly managed, dog poop on the sidewalks, walls paper-thin. I've complained on my upstairs neighbors several times due to the excessive noise at all hours of the night and day, even called corporate directly, left a voicemail and sent an email with no response. Do your research on this company and their properties before choosing them. Once you're lease is signed you're on your own. Reply: thats absolutely not true! I've complained 4 times to the office, and called corporate twice.. I can actually give you each date if you'd like! I also asked if I could get a record of my complaints for this exact reason, which I was told I couldn't because it had the other residents name on it, which didn't make sense to me. Yes, I lived here for almost two years, what does me applying to other apartments have to do with my complaints not being addressed properly and truthfully? Further more your incorrect and should get your facts straight before stating false information. I applied to one of your properties in 2017 and decided against it after I read the reviews about how trashy and roach invested it was. In 2018 I applied to the apartment complex im currently in so what exactly are you talking about? Please get your facts straight before coming for me!

Resident at a Univesco managed property, in the two and a half years I have lived at this property my rent payments have never been late, except one NSF incident. I usually pay my rent almost two weeks early. Now seven months later I have one more NSF transaction with plenty of time to still make my rent payment on time. Now I’m being charged an overdraft fee from my bank, a 35 dollar fee from the apartment complex, which is all totally understandable, except the apartment complex is now forcing me to pay by money order for the rest of the time I live at this complex. Spoke with the property manager and was told that corporate wouldn’t do anything about restoring my online bill pay and that they would reconsider in 1-2 years. Why do I feel like I’m being punished for 2 mishaps in the almost 3 years I’ve lived here and paid my rent on time?
