Just amazing! They were so helpful and knowledgeable with our little one. Very friendly! We felt very safe leaving there knowing our pup was in good hands. His grooming was awesome and he loves his new do!

They went put of the way to squeeze us in before our baby is born and were so friendly and professional. My kitty was done with her teeth cleaning and nails in 15 minutes and seemed so relaxed and happy when she came out. Really seemed to respond well to the caring staff. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Unleashed Animal Care!

Amazing staff, very good prices, just had a full grooming service on my golden retriever, looks amazing. Also as other reviews stated, when I pick her up she does the head bobbing all the way home, and sleeps all night. Highly recommend to anyone to try them out.

Lena and Toivo have been going to Unleashed since they were baby pups! Unleashed accommodated them with five star service after we had just adopted them and needed some help the first two days! Now, almost 9 months later, they love getting to Unleashed and still come home tired out! We live a couple miles away and they are asleep before we leave the parking lot. They love to get baths and their nails trimmed too! Toivo says "more ball time", but if you know him, you know he never stops.

Took my 6-month golden retriever puppy in for an evaluation visit. From the get-go, the staff were very clearly animal lovers. Everyone was communicative, professional and obviously loved what they did. I'll be taking my puppy back in for daycare next week. I have no complaints thus far. If you're thinking about trying Unleashed, you should!

Very disappointing experience! I was not offered a tour upon drop off. Although the goal for coming to daycare was to socialize Chloe with other dogs, I was told the favorite part of her day was, “hanging out” with the staff at the front desk. Upon pick up, I asked for a tour. I saw quite a few 4’x4’ kennels and a fence with several dogs barking to get in. I was not shown the areas where my dog spent her day. Very suspicious. The most frustrating thing was upon pickup, my dog’s paws, legs and underbody were covered with mud. My car got very dirty on the way home, and I had to give my dog a complete bath to clean her up. I would never go back to Unleased Animal Care in Shakopee.
