one of the most unprofessional people I've ever done business in. I have roots in Mobile, love the community and even though I live in St. Louis, I make efforts to support a place so dear to my heart. I needed some custom facemasks done and rather than get it done here, I reached out to this small business with exact needs - 3 facemasks with \What is your Mortgage Rate\ stitched on it. Janice said she could deliver. Long story short, she charged me 70 (about 2.5x as much as it should have costs) to get what you see pictured. She finished, looked at this product, knew it was WAY too big and sent it anyway. when I told her I wanted a refund she said \I never said I was going to fix it\ and now will not return calls or texts. The pictures speak for themselves. Terrible customer service to match an unusable item I over paid for. I do not write this lightly or quickly, I tried to resolve with her to avoid this, but this is what you can expect.

This will be my first time writing a review. I understand everyone has their days. However was very surprised when i showed up to a house with no sign. So i called, only to get a very rude response. When I arrived she had left, she turned back around for me and pulled in and said she only had 5 minutes and i needed to hurry. Then was told i would have to pay a 25 consultant fee and a 25 rush fee on top of the alterations cost.... to put a handle on the train of my dress a week and a half in advance. It’s not about the money, rather that i wasn’t going to pay someone who had been rude from the moment i arrived/called, when the job is something i could have done myself. When i told her I was taking my dress elsewhere she still told me that i needed to pay 25 for literally 2 minutes of her time. That’s going to be a no from me. Save your time and money.
She is an amazing person she is very nice and her work is amazing she fixed my prom dress and after she was done it fit me perfectly ( she fixed the one on the right). It stayed up all night she did an amazing job it fit perfectly to my body type. If you need something fixed or tailored I recommend her

Ms Janice did an excellent job reducing king size bed shams to queen size. I have another pair of shams that I plan on having her reduce in size too. Very happy!
