We have recently worked with Untangled Web to design bespoke webpages to be used internally by our 3500 employees as well as part of our external careers site. Ken was fantastic in helping us to deliver this key strategic project within a tight timeline and I couldn't recommend him enough. As a project team we had minimal understanding and experience of web design, but Ken was able to work in partnership with us to help turn our half-baked ideas into something even better than we could have hoped for. Before speaking to Ken we weren't sure what exactly we wanted our webpages to do, but he teased out our key points and created a range of sample pages for us to chose from - this really helped us in understanding what a potential site could look like and clarified our vision for us. He was fantastic at explaining the proposed website to us, and (incredibly) patient when training us on how to edit, develop and manage the site on our own. Everything was delivered on time, with clear communication and support at every step. Ken's knowledge in his field is clear, but he was able to translate technical aspects of his work to ensure that we, as the client, understood all aspects of our website. He's created a site for us that's on brand and works seamlessly for our employees on desktop, mobile and tablet. Due to his excellent training, we are now confident in maintaining and further developing the site on our own. One of the most appealing aspects of working with Ken was our ability to own our own site and independently develop and grow this as necessary without requiring further support, future-proofing our investment in this design piece.
