It's supposed to be the best sushi and sashimi restaurant at this particular fish market. All products are prepared by the owner or husband looking elderly man, and the shop floor is managed and run by the elderly wife looking lady. Service is slow as expected with usually a wait to a table. The restaurant has a total capacity of about less than 20 including the bar, and tea is self service. The restaurant is small and slightly old, nothing fancy, feels like a family run restaurant, but way too busy to make the hospitality expected from a family restaurant. The food, can be seen by the picture are quite good but nothing exceptional compared to those at fish markets in Tokyo or Hokkaido. Sushi are created with standard quality. You might be better off venturing into the market itself there's some distinctively good stores offering freshly opened oysters, sea shells, fatty tuna from respective stores, fresher and an experience. Price are reasonable, slightly on the high side given the portion (sashimi rice bow is relatively small in size)

I was here in the morning of my last day in Japan, so glad I came, fresh seafood don rice with miso soup, ate with few local business men before they make their way to office, friendly owner prepared everything on the spot. Delicious.

Wow what a wonderful seafood rice bowl shop ! Eat like local! Will return for sure! 2500 yen for the mixed seafood rice bowl with uni and a hidden piece of abalone!

Incredible kaisendon and donburi in this cozy welcoming spot. Freshest seafood ever, scallops and shrimp that are refreshingly sweet, buttery soft fish and delectable uni. English menu and English speaking staff. The boss move here is definitely the overflowing ikura don. Everyone in the restaurant stopped in their tracks and started applauding. Highly recommended – it'll surely be one of the highlights of your trip.

We arrived there on 15th August but it's closed. Then, we came back on 17th and it's worth. Good Seafood don restaurant at a local market in the city. Staffs were also really nice. Totally Recommended!
