I was on the phone with several staff member but it was a nightmare talking to one specific young man (whose name I couldnt remember), he was not serious, very unprofessional and even making fun of my request. I immediately changed to another provider.

One of the customer service call agent tried to trick us into paying additional month of bill when we report to UPC we're moving outside Switzerland, even if we are not on the fix-term contract with UPC and already provided the official de-registration form to UPC. The same agent even used verbal harassment during the call process. Very disgusting service. On another day we called back UPC with another agent and the problem is finally solved after waiting inline for 30min

Absolute nightmare. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was without my phone number for 6 weeks because they couldn't get the number ported over from my previous provider. I talked to their customer service 7 times, wrote 3 emails, and used live chat 3 times total 13 attempts to solve the case. And they still couldn't do it. I have only one recommendation for anyone contemplating to buy from them: stay AWAY because you'll regret it. The potential cost saving is NOT worth it!

Not recommended! Poor customer service, it is not nice to call their customer service. Everyone says something different, and no one gives solutions. The services are not good, the internet is really slow, and it is not what we contract from the beginning. This is a headache since almost a year now! And they just keep on sending bills eventhough I don't even have the router anymore, because I give it back! How is this even possible? I even have a new internet provider.

Just changed to UPC mobile provider. I was very excited to finally have a new one after 10 years. Unfortunately, UPC does not inform you about any updates. The contract was signed 3 months in advance (so they had enough time to set everything up) but they still manage to mess it up. On top of that the hotline did not know anything and after being forwarded to different departments for 2 hours they could finally tell me that I will not have a network for 5 days. HOW LOVELY?!
