I beg to differ but I don't agree with the "1 star" reviews. I've been coming to California Dental Care in Upland since my daughter was 1. I have always been kept up to date & never have had a complaint. Dr. Paul is an amazing dentist & so patient. His staff is amazingly graceful & super friendly. I never have to wait more than 10 minuted to be called in. They help you with concerns you might have, they send your kiddos home with a goodie bag that consists of (toothbrush, floss packet & toothpaste.) Even a small toy! I never have had a problem with this office. I have nothing but NICE PLEASANT things to say about them. I want to thank California Dental Care, Dr. Paul & staff for all the attention they have always given me & my daughter. I definitely recommend them! Don't let these bad reviews fool you. Try for yourself :)

My sons app was scheduled for 9am. I was sent to the wrong office to begin with. Once getting to the right place, the dental assistant came in and gave my son an xray, said "she would go and develop it" I waited 30 min and no one showed up . The halls were empty ,and no one had the courtesy to advise me that the dentist was running late. The assistant passed by the room and I asked what was I waiting for? She said "the dentist should be in to see your son" After another hour of waiting no one came around. So after 1and half of waiting i left the room and asked the receptionist what was going on, She called I'm guessing the manager . This person told me that the dentist was running late and gave me 2 options, reschedule or wait . At this point why would I want to come back to a place like this? Next , waiting was no option for me since I took the early morning off from work to come here and expect service and go to work. She continued to explain that basically it was the Dr's fault for the delay. My biggest issue was ,NO ONE TOLD ME AFTER 1HR AND HALF OF WAITING that there would be a delay! The office doesn't understand how important my sons visit was. His pediatrician highly recommended this visit because he has neonatal teeth and could possibly lossen , break off and choke since they are fully grown out. Also, having to wait this long in a cold room with a 2 month old is sad and unfair. Blaming the Dr. Is shameful, scheduling needs to be aware of the importance of patient's scheduled time given over the phone. What's the point of sending numerous amounts of emails and text to confirm app ,if there's no follow through. Now I have to take another day off to take my son elsewhere. This office has zero communication, courtesy, professionalism, or RESPECT! Please save your time and money and stay away from this place!

First time coming yes it took longer than I thought for the appointment but the stuff was very nice and was berry friendly to my 6 year and all his questions special he was very nervous and the dentist assistance was very very nice and friendly and helpful thanks

Worst possible service available. I had high hopes for this place because both of my kids are patients of Dr. Sapna Patel. However, after waiting 3 weeks for the appointment, no one knew what they were doing. All forms were already filled out prior to the appointment but they didn't even know this and were having us fill them out again, I had to insist to check their records. My daughter wasn't even scheduled for the right type of treatment. It was a waste of time and a waste of a day.

Worst service ever. I had high hopes because Dr. Sapna Patel is my kids pediatrician but the dental office had the worst service ever. Will not take my kids back. No one knew what was going on. Waste of time and day.
