State of the art facilities. Extremely covid conscious. The staff was friendly and prompt. They sent me the forms ahead of time so that when we arrived, they already had all the information that they needed. The whole process couldn't have been smoother. Kudos! What a beautifully well run business. As for Dr. Gilbert ... he was fantastic! Very professional, calm, soothing. He was great with my teenage son who needed 4 wisdom teeth extracted. We felt completely at ease leaving our son in his capable hands. More importantly, my son felt completely comfortable going into surgery! Thank you Inland Institute! We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Just to be very honest! Many years ago I was not a big fan of going to the dentist. I use to say I would rather experience childbirth again. Perhaps I did not have the right dentist and that they were not up to date on the most current technology. I have now found a great Dentist and also an Oral Surgeon. Yesterday 12-28-2020 Dr. David Gilbert an Oral Surgeon in Upland removed the last 3 Wisdom teeth left in my mouth. I was a little concerned because the 1st Wisdom tooth I had extracted was a horrible experience. Everyone in Dr. Gilbert’s office played key roles, from scheduling my appointment to consultation, X-ray’s, the nurses that prepped me for my surgery, the Anesthesiologist and most of all Dr. Gilbert who performed my extractions. It seems like I had just faded into Twilight and next thing you know they said my name and said you are all done. I was shocked that it went so quick and so smoothly and I felt no pain when I left there. I highly recommend this group to anyone that has to have an Oral Surgery if they want the best care and highly professional people. Customer service is huge because people have choices. I’m so thankful I selected this office or I should say it was recommended by my dentist. I will be back to this office for any other future surgeries. You will not be disappointed at all with this amazing group of individuals.

Dr, Gilbert is a thorough professional using state-of-the-art technology on his patients. He has a very gentle touch and his charges are very competitive and reasonable. All the beautiful ladies in his front office explained all the insurance details and kept me at ease before the procedure.
