This is the worst Management Company I've ever dealt with, do not hire this firm. John Murphy is rude, lazy, condescending, and does not have the temperament for this job. When a group of home owners were upset due to his lack of work ethic, he actually threatened to call the police rather than trying to appease his clients and fInd out why they are upset. We have a full time resident who helps people out with all kinds of issues as good neighbors do, and he actually threatened him, told him to stop helping others and \he's done!\ What kind of person threatens another like that? He doesn't want to hear from you, and in monthly meetings he limits owners' speaking time and dismisses any valid complaints. Meetings last about 10 minutes if we are lucky. He seems to get in with certain board members and has this maddening, vaguely sinister attitude that he can't get fired and we can't do anything to him so he'll act anyway he damn well pleases. I am so frustrated that I had to call a lawyer who specializes in abuses by HOA boards and mgmt companies. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!
