First I want to say when looking for an agent you want someone who knows how to properly communicate and know how to approach people especially when negotiating with other sellers. Which is why we chose to stick with Oscar because of his amazing work. My husband and I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with Oscar. He was very professional throughout the process. I would like to say, Oscar is very knowledgeable about surrounding areas and very honest. He wants his clients to live in the best area and does his research before viewing the homes. All throughout the negotiations Oscar was quick handling any issues that may have risen. We were impressed with Oscar’s professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new home. Oscar truly cares about his clients and is willing to go above and beyond. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend to us. Thank you Oscar, you are truly amazing.
