Amazing service here. Came in today looking for a washer and dryer, unfortunately mine took a dump just before the new year thanks 2020....anyways Chris approached me within minutes and asked me if I needed help told him what was up and I knew what I wanted. He went and put hands on the product, sold thank you. Amazing service and I dont think he even works appliances.

Poor customer service in the paint department. This is not my local Lowe’s but I drove there today because the paint I need was showing in stock only at this location. I looked for the paint and could not find it. I asked the employee at the paint department and showed her on my phone. She said she knows they don’t have it because people keep coming in and asking for it and she can’t find it. She said it’s probably somewhere on top of the of the tall shelves. This has happened to me at another Lowe’s and the employee got on a pallet jack and got up there to look for the item and found it. This lady didn’t offer she ended it with sorry we don’t have it. Mind you it was very slow with no other customers in that department. On my way out I asked another employee. He looked in his device and it showed 12 in stock. He walked over to the paint department and asked the same employee. She gave him the same quick answer that people keep coming to look for it and she hasn’t seen it. He told her it should have been updated in their inventory so it shows no longer in stock when customers search online. He went ahead and updated it in his handheld device because it showed me that they were out of stock online. My issue with the employee at the paint department is this girl knew that for the last few days other customers have came in asking for the same paint and did not bother to update it in their inventory as the guy just did. Like I said this is not my local store I had to drive out there to find out someone was too lazy to update it in their inventory and too lazy to get up there and look for the item.

Had what i needed at a decent price, nice and clean, checkout was a good impression, id go here instead of home depot

some young men that works there was not helpful at all when l asked him for help to find a ltem . very poor service This young man had attitude as well.. other Okaysions they been helpful. hope I don't bump into the young man again
