No drink was delivered with food and no explanation initially provided. I called back and was told it would be delivered as soon as possible. 3 hours later and still no Pepsi I called back to ask why. Was told out of stock. Why wasn’t I told that up front? Also can’t credit the credit card?!? That’s just wrong.

I called to order a pizza and was put on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and when I finally talked to someone I asked about a promotional deal they were offering. I was put on hold again so they could figure out if the promotion wasn’t expired, after about another 10 minutes they hung up the phone on me and when I called back nobody answered the phone. So I called from another phone line and they answered to take my order. When I explained that I just called and was holding waiting for you guys they put me on hold again and never came back to the phone. I called Pizza Hut corporate office and explained the situation and the person I talked with shared his deepest apologies and said Pizza Hut does not conduct their selves in that type of matter. So after all that I was told I would receive a complementary pizza for the experience I went through and I would receive a call from the district manager. I receive no call from district manager and when I called the corporate office back they told me they don’t offer complementary pizza and I would have to take up with the district manger. Worst Pizza Hut I ever been too and after talking with corporate and being lied to about something I didn’t even ask for in the first place I can see why this pizza acts the way they do. I only wish I could leave this review with zero stars because 1 star is still too good for them.

Staff was friendly eventhough they seemed really rushed. Something was going down in the back and it didn't sound good. But not too serious. Pizza was good, as usual.

The pizza was delicious. The amount of toppings was perfect. It did take a little longer then anticipated to bring the order out but they were probably busy. It’s understandable.

It took over an hour for my pizza to arrive. It was warm getting cold. I called the business and was told "what would you like us to do".

The pizza was not fresh. It was barely warm, not cut properly and tasted poor. I will not re order.

Worst service ever..... Its been more than 2 hours and we have not received our pizza. Did not called us at all and on top no one at store picked up our calls.
