They are always quick to notify me if something needs attention on my property, and they have access to a wide group of highly skilled tradesmen that make whatever repairs may be necessary in a quick, thorough, and very reasonable manner. Rudy helped us purchase our first home 6 years ago. The experience was such a positive one the first time, we recently called him to sell our house just this month. Rudy and his team helped me rent out and sell our home when we had to suddenly move out of state a few years ago. Found a listing on all rental sites for 1300. When called the property management to view the house the price changed to 1700. The associate Rosa said it was an error and these things happen. Any computer keyboard user knows there’s no way a 3 and a 7 can be a typo error. Houses in the area for a 3 bedroom are listing at 1500 how is a 2 bedroom worth 1700? If the square footage was bigger I would understand, but it’s not. Spoke to the supervisor Patty and she said other people create illegal listings to scam people, yet during the call and when the call was over the listing for 1300 was no longer available to view. I asked for the owners number to speak to him directly and said she would not be arguing with me. Don’t trust this company as they post a price to get you to view the house but change the price once you’re there.
