Rude, unprofessional and nothing of "Aesthetics". I phoned to book a patch test and was said it is a short procedure and will take only a minute. When I walked in the girl at reception was on the phone discussing her private issues so loudly as in her own kitchen, not at the work place. She briefly offered me to take a sit and gave me to fill out forms while still on the phone. (You don't have to believe me, but I heard "F" word said twice to the person at that end of the line). Then "bye, love" was finally (7 minutes later) said and here was my turn. I was asked whether I was explained on the phone that the laser does not work on fine hair. I said that I wasn't explained it over the phone, although very much aware of it as I have had it done before, am here only for a patch test and have limited time. But she just wouldn't listen and started argument with a girl who appeared at reception and who's probably booked me in. I had no time left and had to go at that point, but I would never have anything done there anyway and would not recommend it either. If you value your time and dignity, please avoid!

Worst salon I have ever been too. The "beauty therapist" was rude, cold and unprofessional. Walked in the salon, stood awkwardly waiting to be awknowledged. Eventually got told to take a seat. No hello. After ten minutes the girl walked over and said "fill this in" a consultation form. Once finished I handed it to her and she walked off, then turned round and said for me to follow her. In the treatment room the first thing she was "what mask do you want" This was the first time I had been to the salon- I had no clue what masks they even did ! I decided to leave, I felt a sense of relief as spk. As I walked out !! No wonder this is on groupon at a discounted rate ! I would have been GUTTED if I had paid full price.
Never use this place! Rude staff that don't answer the phone and then overbook you so you have to wait one hour for your treatment.
